Report a missed commercial waste collection

If your weekly waste and recycling is not collected by midday on Friday, let us know.

Read the information below before reporting:

our crews will return for a missed collection if it was a fault or delay of our own
if the crew reported an issue when attempting to make the collection, this form will not allow you to report the missed collection. Your bins/sacks will be collected on your next collection day. You can request an additional commercial waste collection
