Essential maintenance to our planning services

There may be disruption to our planning services from Thursday 17 July to Friday 18 July. This is whilst we carry out some essential maintenance. You may be unable to search or comment on a planning application during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

 

Find your bin day

We only collect bins issued by us. Do not put any other bins out for collection. Put all food in the outdoor food caddy for collection. We do not collect the silver food waste caddy. 

Leave textiles or electronic waste neatly next to your bins. Put them in a carrier bag and keep any textiles dry. Batteries need to be in a clear plastic bag.

If you're a commercial waste customer, you'll need to log in to your MyGuildford to check your next bin collection date.

Where should I put my bins?

Unless you have a special arrangement, like an assisted collection, leave your bins at your collection point. This is usually at the edge of your property closest to the road.
