Access our services using MyGuildford

Due to high levels of service requests and applications, our phone lines are much busier than usual. The quickest and easiest way to access our services is by registering for an account at MyGuildford or visiting our self service pages. You can report an issue, make requests and track progress, pay your bills and apply for key services at any time.

Join the housing register

Re-register, new applications and renewals

All existing housing register applicants will need to re-register on our new system by Wednesday 15 September.

If you are a Guildford Borough Council tenant who is re-registering with us, you do not need to contact us to obtain proof of your clear rent account, even if your list of 'required documents' tells you to provide this. We will be able to check your rent account details for you and provide this information on your behalf.

New applications for the housing register

New applications to join the housing register are suspended until Monday 16 August. 

Annual renewals are also suspended until the autumn. We will contact you when your renewal is due.
