Heritage Services Volunteering privacy statement

If you volunteer with Heritage Services, we will collect information from you including:

• your contact details
• who to contact in an emergency

We will only use your information to manage your volunteering. We will share the information you provide within our organisation to do this. We will not disclose any of your information to other organisations unless the law requires us to do so.

• update your form
• update your details and preferences
• withdraw your consent to use your information

We will process your personal data in line with:

• UK General Data Protection Regulation (opens new window)

We'll keep your data on file for three years, after which time it will be destroyed. This includes risk assessments and insurance details.
