Decision to launch investigation into housing maintenance agreed

The Joint Senior Staff Committee of Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council met yesterday (29 February) to consider any further internal investigations that may be appropriate in respect of our officers. The committee has made the decision to launch an investigation. This will be run by an external law firm. We're unable to provide any further information regarding this as it's essential that the integrity of any investigatory process is upheld.
