We're working hand in hand with tenants to build a housing service that's safer, more responsive, and truly meets their needs. We recognise the challenges our residents face and are fully committed to responding with empathy, urgency, and care. While we're proud of the progress we've made, we know there's still more to do. We're listening closely to residents' feedback and are already making meaningful changes. This report is part of being honest about where we are now - and where we're determined to go together.
