New websites are being developed for East Surrey Council and West Surrey Council ahead of their launch in April 2027.

Delivering our strategy

We intend to deliver our Corporate Strategy through our annual Delivery Plan. Costed and agreed within our annual budget.

Our annual Delivery Plan sets out the key actions and initiatives that we plan to deliver. We committed to providing twice-yearly updates on our delivery. Our latest Delivery Plan Progress Report (PDF, 1 MB)(opens new window) provides a summary of the key actions delivered from the 2025/26 delivery plan and a detailed update on those delivered at the end of Q2 of the 2026/27 delivery plan.

We have also published our Delivery Plan for 2026-27 (PDF, 7 MB) which sets out the most important and significant actions and activities we will be undertaking during 2026/27. 

A key part of achieving our resilient and well-managed council priority is delivering our improvement plan.
