Heroes Welcome in Guildford

The scheme is currently under review in Guildford.

Guildford Borough Council is part of the Heroes Welcome (opens new window) scheme to show support for British armed forces personnel. 

Our support for the Heroes Welcome scheme was announced at the flag raising ceremony for Armed Forces Day in 2010.

The scheme aims to provide a heroes welcome to the men and women of the British armed forces (including reserved forces) and veterans on production of an identification card.
