The Guildford Lettings Accreditation Scheme is part of UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP) and the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS). Landlords who gain accreditation are showing that they are operating a professional business and committed to providing high standards of accommodation and management for their tenants. 

Accreditation offers you:

  • more potential tenants as they look for landlords with accredited status
  • access and advice related to the private rented sector
  • discounts on services such as insurance

Book the online Accreditation training courses. Online accreditation training sessions can be booked by following Accreditation 2 Year or Accreditation 5 Year.
