Information for Parents and Carers

The Play Ranger Project is an open access service which means children are free to come and go as they please.  This is not a childcare service.  Children under 8 will be able to take part but must have parental supervision throughout the session.

Playrangers believe that children can play in all weathers as long as they have appropriate clothing and will deliver sessions in all weathers adapting their activities to ensure the children have fun. Children will need to wear something appropriate to the weather and expect to get dirty.

All parents and carers with children attending the Playranger sessions will be requested to complete and sign a registration form providing contact and emergency details.  Registration forms are available at each session and are also available to download and print using the downloads on this page.

For further information about this service, please use the downloads section on this page and read the 'Playranger Information' leaflet which has been designed for parents and carers of children attending sessions.
