Sheltered housing

St Martins Court

Location

The court is in East Horsley and is approximately nine miles east of Guildford on the A246. There is a bus stop a short walk from the entrance to the court with regular and direct routes to Guildford and Leatherhead. There are a few shops within walking distance. The main village is a short drive away with various shops, including a pharmacy and one bank.

Accommodation

The two-storey, centrally-heated building has 30 one-bedroom flats and one flat with three bedrooms.

Each flat is self-contained with a bathroom and kitchen.

Facilities

  • well-equipped laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers

  • one lift

  • hairdressing salon open one day a week

  • communal adapted shower rooms for those unable to use a bath

Support services

A Guildford Borough Council independent living officer is usually available for 18 hours a week between the hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm and;
  • Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays)

To apply for St Martins Court, you must be registered on Guildford Borough Council's Housing Register and have a local connection with the borough.
