Planning Policy comments
The Council has a planning policy consultation website at guildford.inconsult.uk.The consultation system includes a database of people who have either made comments during consultations or have registered with us to receive notifications about planning policy matters.
When you register with us or make comments during a consultation, you must provide your name and either your email address or a full postal address.
If you make comments during a consultation, we will retain your name, contact details and comments until the plan or project to which your comments relate is complete (typically when the consultation document is adopted). However, if you tell us you wish to receive notifications about planning policy matters we will retain your contact details until you tell us to delete them, unless your comments are still on our database.
If you have registered with us to receive notifications and have not sent us comments during a consultation, we will keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them,
