View your business rates account
Once you have been through a short registration process you can:
- log in at a time that suits you - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- view account balances, see what you've paid and when
- change payment method or bank details, and set up a Direct Debit
- view details of your Business Improvement District (BID) levy
- request a copy bill
- upload documents
You'll just need to:
- sign up for a MyGuildford Account
- Once you're signed up, sign into your new MyGuildford Account and click the 'Business Rates' tile
- follow the on-screen instructions (you'll need your business rates account number, which can be found on your latest bill)
- your account is validated, and you can now access your account
With a MyGuildford Account you can also:
- check your bin collection day
- pay your business rates
- manage your council services including our commercial waste service
- get a quicker response to your requests, track the progress of your requests and get information based on your address
