Local outage affecting our systems

A local utility outage is affecting some of our systems. Our phone lines, Council Tax, Benefits accounts, and the Planning Portal are currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Joint Action Group (JAG)

Meetings

JAG meetings will:

  • take place every 8 weeks
  • be held virtually via Microsoft Teams
  • be split into two parts:
    • Part A (open session for all partners)
    • Part B section (closed focus groups for specific cases).
  • be attended by core members or a representative
  • circulate agendas and action sheets
  • update cases logged on the ECINS case management system
  • close cases by JAG consensus, with the Chair or Vice Chair having the final decision
  • pass unresolved cases that may escalate to the Safer Guildford Partnership Executive
