Joint Action Group (JAG)

Meetings

JAG meetings will:

take place every 8 weeks
be held virtually via Microsoft Teams
be split into two parts:
- Part A (open session for all partners)
- Part B section (closed focus groups for specific cases).
be attended by core members or a representative
circulate agendas and action sheets
update cases logged on the ECINS case management system
close cases by JAG consensus, with the Chair or Vice Chair having the final decision
pass unresolved cases that may escalate to the Safer Guildford Partnership Executive
