Referrals
Please use the online form below to refer an area of concern to the Guildford JAG.
Referrals will be assessed on:
- the nature of the issue in relation to threat, harm and risk
- whether all other routes have been explored to try and resolve the issue
- whether JAG is the most appropriate group to resolve the issue
- whether it is a single issue that does not need a partnership approach
Referrals may not be accepted if:
- it is a single agency matter
- there is an ongoing investigation
- there are no actions that the JAG can support with
- referral to another group is more appropriate
- it does not meet the threshold for threat, harm and risk
