What is a complaint? A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about a council service that needs a response. It might be about: service failure, policy failure or staff failure.
What is not a complaint? A request for information or explanation of policy or a first time request for service (removal of fly-tipping, noise nuisance or housing repair). To report these please go to our Report it pages and complete the appropriate form.
