Bin collections

Due to the high temperatures, our bin crews will be starting collections earlier than usual to help keep them safe in the heat. Please make sure your bins are out the night before, as collections will take place from 6.00am for the rest of the week. Thank you for helping our crews work safely during the hot weather.

Planning and Building Control Background

You can view the building control charges or calculate and pay your fee using the form below. Charges include VAT.
Thermal element means a wall, floor or roof, which separates a heated part of the building from the external environment (including the ground) or from an unheated part of the building.

Renovation in relation to a thermal element means the provision of a new layer in the thermal element or the replacement of an existing layer, but excludes decorative finishes.
