Section 106 - draft Heads of Terms
This is required if your project will have a planning obligation to contribute towards infrastructure or additional facilities such as:
- schools
- primary healthcare
- off-site highway improvements
- environmental improvements
- affordable housing
- travel plans
- play areas and/or play equipment
