Section 106 - draft Heads of Terms

This is required if your project will have a planning obligation to contribute towards infrastructure or additional facilities such as:

• schools
• primary healthcare
• off-site highway improvements
• environmental improvements
• affordable housing
• travel plans
• play areas and/or play equipment
