Fee: £80

  • this is an application checking service and includes up to one hour of an officer's time. This can be over the phone or at our council offices. It does not include a site visit
  • you will get advice on the application process, form, plans and conditions
  • you will get a short guidance report, including how to submit your application to meet the requirements
  • you can get extra time with an officer, charged at £60 per hour, paid in advance
  • this service usually takes 10 working days
