If any of the below circumstances change:
- vehicle you drive
- operator
- medical circumstances
- if you go over seas for three months of more
Email us at regulatoryservices@guildford.gov.uk or use our online contact us form to make a change to your information.
If there is a change that affects your licence which includes:
- change of name
- change of address
- your right to work circumstances (you will need to apply for a variation to the licence)
- you've lost your licence badge
You need to submit a form on our licensing portal using the following steps:
- click the button below, create an account, or log in to the licensing portal
- after logging in select 'licensing' from the left hand side menu
- select taxis and private hire
- you can then select the form you need
