Strategic Flood Risk Assessment

The Strategic Flood Risk Assessment considers:

  • the risk of an area being flooded from any source
  • the impact of climate change
  • the impact land use changes and development will have on flood risks

By combining these factors, the assessment helps us understand flood risks now and in the future.
