Friday 16 June

4pm                     The Mayor, Councillor Nigel Manning, accompanied by the Mayoress, Councillor Marsha Moseley, attends Guildford Borough Council's 'Great Get Together'Staff Picnic at Millmead Island, Guildford.

5pm                     The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, officially opens the Greyfriars Vineyard Chalk Cave, Hogs Back, Guildford.


Saturday 17 June

1.30pm                The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Active Surrey/Guildford Borough Council Surrey Youth Games at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.

6.45pm                The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Guildford Chamber Choir Choral Concert at the Guildford United Reformed Church, Portsmouth Road.


Sunday 18 June

11.15am              The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Choral Mattins - Surrey Joint Services Celebratory Armed Forces Week Service at Guildford Cathedral.


Monday 19 June

10.30am              The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress attends Waitrose, Guildford to collect a donation for the Mayor of Guildford's Local Distress Fund, as part of the Waitrose Community Matters scheme where shoppers donate tokens gained whilst shopping and the money is divided between three chosen charities each month.

11.00am              The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress and joined by Lt Col Richard Green CO ATC Pirbright , the Revd Canon Robert Cotton and a number of military, civic and civilian guests, hosts the Armed Forces Day Flag Raising Ceremony at the Guildhall, Guildford. The Armed Forces Day flag will remain in place until after Armed Forces Day, Saturday 24 June.

1.45pm                The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, visits Shawfield Primary School, Ash.

7.15pm                The Mayor and Mayoress attend Guildford Shakespeare Company's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' Press Night at Racks Court, Quarry Street, Guildford.

8pm                     The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Mike Parsons, attends the Scorchers Basketball Tournament for Learning Disabled Young People at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.


Tuesday 20 June

12pm                   The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for the Local Government Lunch at County Hall, Kingston-upon-Thames; by invitation of the Chairman of Surrey County Council, Councillor Peter Martin.


Wednesday 21 June

9.15am                The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Guildford In Bloom Schools Gardening Competition Awards at Clandon Park Garden Centre, Clandon.

1.15pm                The Deputy Mayor attends the Safer Guildford Partnership Junior Citizens at Guildford Fire Station, Ladymead, Guildford.


Thursday 22 June

9.30am                 The Mayor attends Abbots Hospital's Annual General Meeting at Abbots Hospital, Guildford.

7pm                      The Mayor attends the Governors and Staff Dinner at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford.


Friday 23 June

12pm                    The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Friday Swimmers Annual Lunch at the Park Room Restaurant at Guildford College.

3.15pm                 The Deputy Mayor attends the Royal Grammar School's Sports Day at the Athletic Track at Guildford Spectrum, Parkway.


Saturday 24 June

11am                    The Mayor and Mayoress arrive at the Guildhall to prepare for the Armed Forces Day Freedom Parade by Army Training Centre, Pirbright. The parade involving over 70 new recruits will be the first time that Pirbright has exercised its Freedom of the Borough by marching through the town, flying the Army Colour and accompanied by the Band of the Royal Logistics Corp.

7.15pm                 The Deputy Mayor attends the Opera Foundry German Opera at St Mary's Church, Guildford.


Sunday 25 June

10.40am               The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Lord Lieutenant of Surrey, Mr Michael More-Molyneux, at Loseley Park to officially open the ABF The Soldiers' Charity Surrey Branch's Historic Military Vehicle Rally and Show.
