15:00         The Mayor, Councillor Howard Smith, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Debbie Smith and family, hosts the Mayor's Award for Service to the Community presentation ceremony at The County Club, High Street, Guildford.

18:50         The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Debbie Smith, attends the Guildford Chamber Choir Choral Concert at St Nicolas Church, Bury Street, Guildford.

Wednesday 18 March

18:00         The Mayor attends the High Sheriff of Surrey Awards at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

Thursday 19 March

13:30         The Mayor attends the Guildford Hospitality Bootcamp Live Lunch Service at the Guildford Pavilion at Guildford Cricket Club, Woodbridge Road, Guildford.

Friday 20 March

18:30         The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Elmbridge's Charity Ball at Sandown Racecourse, Esher.  Funds raised at this event will go to the Mayor of Elmbridge's chosen charities.

Saturday 21 March

11:15         The Mayor attends the Magistrates Association Surrey Mock Trial Event for students at Guildford Crown Court, Bedford Road, Guildford.

18:50         The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Waverley Singers' Exaltation, a concert featuring choral music by Vaughan Williams at Guildford Cathedral.

Monday 23 March

12:00          The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the funeral of the Bishop of Guildford, The Right Reverend Andrew Watson, at Guildford Cathedral.

19:15          The Mayor attends the Rock Choir Charity Show for Kicks Count Charity at the Emmanuel Church, Guildford.

Wednesday 25 March

14:00             The Mayor hosts a special reception at the Guildhall to thank the Chairmen and Clerks of Guildford's 23 Parish Councils for their hard work and commitment throughout the year.

Friday 27 March

20:00             The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the ACM House Band's Celebration of David Gilmore's 80^th Birthday Tribute in aid of the Cheryl King Trust at The Star, Quarry Street, Guildford.

Saturday 28 March

18:15              The Mayor attends the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Ash Community Dinner at the Ash Centre at Ash Parish Council, Ash.
