Due to the high temperatures, our bin crews will be starting collections earlier than usual to help keep them safe in the heat. Please make sure your bins are out the night before, as collections will take place from 6.00am for the rest of the week. Thank you for helping our crews work safely during the hot weather.

Planning and Building Control Background

You can view the building control charges or calculate and pay your fee using the form below. Charges include VAT.
The standard charges are applicable for:
Up to three dwellings where the total internal floor area of each dwelling (excluding any garage or carport) does not exceed 300 square metres and the building has no more than three storeys, with each basement level being counted as one storey.

Individual determined charge

We can provide quotations for developments where the total internal floor area is over 300 square meters or where the development has more than three dwellings.
