Ukrainian refugee discount

What you need to know

If you're a Ukrainian national, living here under the Homes for Ukraine scheme you may be entitled to a 50% discount.

To apply you must:

• be a Ukrainian national
• live in the UK under the Homes for Ukraine scheme (this does not include the Ukraine Family Visa Scheme)
• live in your own accommodation (not in your sponsors home)

How to apply

To apply, email: ctax@guildford.gov.uk and include:

• the address of your property
• the date you moved in
• the date the tenancy started
• the full name of all adults at the property
• a copy of the Home Office invitation letter for each adult (word or pdf format) as e-mail attachments.

What happens next

We will contact you if we need any further information. If you're entitled to the discount, we'll send you a new bill.
