Your council tax, benefits or business rates account will be offline

From 5pm on Tuesday 31 March until Friday 3 April you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates account online. This is whilst we run our end of year processes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Discretionary rate relief

We can use our discretion to grant relief to businesses and organisations in a wide range of situations.
