The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has a set of rules called Consumer Standards. They explain what all social housing landlords must do to provide safe, quality homes and good services to residents. Every social landlord in England is subject to routine consumer inspections.
Following a recent inspection of our landlord services by the RSH, we have been awarded a C1 Consumer Standards grading. This confirms that we are delivering the outcomes of the consumer standards.
